It depends. Are you staying on property? How are you getting to your resort? (ME or driving)? Are you dining at your resort or going to another location (another resort, DTD, the Boardwalk?)

I'm using magical express and staying at Pop Century ... Thinking of one dinning at one of the deluxe resorts or downtown disney

Our rule of thumb is 3 hours from arrival at MCO to walking into a park, DTD or a different resort from the one we're staying at and allowing an additional hour for a dining reservation so around 8:30. At all the TS restaurants booked through Disney there is a $10 per person no show penalty you have to be willing to pay if you miss your dinner reservation because of travel delays. However, you can book restaurants in DTD directly and not have to worry about the no show penalty.

My personal policy is no ADR on arrival day that is non-refundable.

Any flight delays or issues can make your arrival vary. I have arrived up to 12 hours later than planned. Not every trip of course, and many are business, but it happens

The real question is are you willing to lose the $10 pp charge if you can't make it?

How about Wolfgang express in dtd? It is cs but very very good counter service?
