What time for online ADRs?

What time can I make my on-line ADRs? I can't remember from last year!

The online system rolls over to the next day at 6am Eastern. Phone lines open up at 7am Eastern.

Thanks-- I thought it was either 5 or 6 am! Early morning for me, but I love the planning of it all!
