What time for dinner ADR before 7pm MSEP?

Hello!

I will be visiting next January, the week after NYE. Considering it will be a slightly "slower" time, what time would you make an ADR for if you planned to see the MSEP?

Currently, I'm planning for a 5pm dinner at BOG if I can get it and if not we'll be at Tony's. Does this leave enough time to eat and find a spot for the parade?

Even on slow times of the year it seems like the majority stop touring and line up for the parade. But if you are seated on time and don't linger over your meal you should be able to find a decent spot in Liberty Square or Frontier land if you are at BOG. Main Street will probably be jammed by 6.
