What time for ADR at sci fi?

We will land around 12 noon. We need to get our tickets at our resort and then go to Hollywood studios. We want to eat at Sci fi dine in for lunch or supper, but I don't know what time to make the reservations. I have no idea how long it will take us to get there. Please help.

I would do a late lunch or early dinner say around 3:30ish

How are you getting from the airport to Disney World? Renting a car? Magical Express?

Which resort are you staying at?

Those answers will make giving you advice a lot easier.

We are taking the magical express and going to the all star music resort.

We call it Linner or Dunch, My reservation is @ 3:45pm one of the last lunch reservation but still late enough to be a dinner, then you can snack or do something light later in the evening. You will have enough time...

I would then think that you would be at the All Stars at 2:00 at the earliest. Check in (room will probably be ready). Add a half hour. Bus to the park. Half hour. That would be 3:00 at the earliest. Add another hour to be on the safe side. And add another half hour so you aren't running through the park.

That would be 4:30. That would be the very end of lunch.

Personally, I'd make the reservation for later than that so I'm not constantly checking my watch.

If it were me, I'd make a dinner reservation for 5:00pm (or later). You certainly don't want to feel rushed on arrival day!

Yea..............landing at 12:00 puts you at the resort and checking in at say 2:00. You should plan on a dinner ADR at Sci Fi for 5:00 or later to be safe. You need to leave yourself time to get settled! You also need to plan time to get to DHS.
