What time is considered 'later'. ? How long are they opened?
thanks for the replies
If I recall correctly, the last seating time you can get with a PS for Goofy's is maybe 11:00 a.m. or possibly 11:30. I could be wrong on that and I think
Disneyland Dining changes the PS times every year. They give each person a 90-minute limit (though they don't really come around and enforce it by hustling you away from the table!

), so let's say they assume the diners will be finished at 1:00 p.m. Goofy's then closes for a few hours and reopens for dinner later on. See, in my experience, in general I have found more guests begin to arrive the later it gets in the morning (and more characters show up to handle those guests), but other folks say that the restaurant gets
less busy as the morning wears on when they have eaten there, so really you can't rely on any set pattern. It seems to differ. You just kind of have to take a gamble and go. The food is freshest first thing in the morning, but the characters trickle in slowly. Goofy and Baloo are usually there right at opening, watching everyone as they come in to sit down. Then eventually Chip and Dale and Pluto come in, and then whichever guest stars are on the rotation that day, whether it be Alice and the Mad Hatter, Aurora and the Prince, Jasmine and Aladdin, Belle, Minnie, or perhaps a combination of any of the previously mentioned characters (like it could be Jasmine and Aurora on the rotation that day). You don't want to get there SO early that you only see 2 characters, but you don't want to get there too much later, either. Maybe 9:00 or 10:00 a.m. would be good???
