...the parking lot open at Magic Kingdom. If I have an ADR at O'hana at 7:30, but the park doesn't open until 9:00 would I be able to park in the MK lot and walk over so I could just take the tram directly from the Poly to MK after breakfast?

You will walk directly to the Poly. You won't need to take the tram.

After breakfast, you'll take the monorail to MK.

if you have reservations, why not just park ay the Poly? Then you can leave your car there, or move it at your leisure. They will check at the guard shack in the parking lot to verify your ressie, so you will have no problem there.

But the TTC (which is where the MK parking lot is) is an easy walk to the Poly and you don't have to move your car.

We wouldn't be able to leave the car at the Poly while we were at MK...
There is a 3 hour limit on parking at a resort if you are not staying there and while, yes, they might not check, that is what you are told. We are also going at a busy time of year, so I'd much rather be safe than have the car towed. Parking at the TTC should be both convenient and acceptable.

Unless they issue a 3 hour parking pass (which they often do.) Then it's going to be a big PITA.

Agreed. So simple to walk the 5 minute path to Poly. Then take the monorail straight back into MK. No reason to do it any other way. OP would need to move their car after breakfast wasting precious time.

I wonder if they are color-coded by hour or something. There is no time stamp on this. How would someone seeing the card in a window know when the 3 hours began?
