what time does ttc to epcot monorail start?

I have seen 7:30 and one hour before park opening (which would be 8:00). We have always driven but are staying at the contemporary and it would nice to utilize the monorail (fun for the kids if nothing else). We want to be there by 8:15 to get in the front of the turnstile line to be at the front of rope drop for the characters and a bee line to soarin'.

Resort monorail starts at 7:30am and runs until the park is clear.

Epcot monorail usually starts around 8am
