What time does Trick or Treating usually start at the Fort?

We had such a blast the last time we were camping on Halloween night and I'm stalking the reservations system to get a campsite for that night. (We have one through the night before Halloween.)

In the meantime, I was thinking I'd make a reservation for Trail's End or Hoop Dee Doo Halloween night and then we can trick-or-treat after. I can't recall what time things got started w/Trick or treating. Any thoughts on what time I should make our dining reservation for?
