What time does the SWA check-in open @ TF Green (PVD)?

We always book the first flight of the day to go to MCO... usually it's 6/6:30/7am depending on the time of year. We generally get to the airport 2-2.5 hours prior to our flight to ensure time for going through security and eating breakfast before boarding. Last year though, we arrived @ 4:30 for our 6:30am flight and curbside check-in was not open yet, so we went inside to check our bags, but the desk didn't open until 5.

Our flight on Thursday (2 more days! ) is @ 6am. Just wondering if anyone has been there recently and knows whether or not SWA opens @ 5 still or if it's earlier?

I would imagine it's around 5am. I would plan on getting to Green at about 4:30-4:45. That way, you'll be first in line if the counter doesn't open until 5. Then stop at Dunkin Donuts before heading to the gate, but don't dilly dally.

Never thought of this...we are leaving PVD at 6 am on 8/1 and I just assumed they would be there all night

Check in desk here in Cleveland opens at 5:00 a.m

I did call SWA directly today just to be certain and they said the desk opens @ 4:45... I suppose we can leave our house at 3:30 then instead of 3am (45 min. away). I like to get there early so that we can get through security and get in the massively long Dunkin Donuts line and just relax until it's time to board w/o rushing....

Yeah, we got stuck in that DD line...our poor dd came running up, from the gate, yelling 'They're boarding, we need to go.' I left my dh standing in the line, with his bp in hand. Then dd and I ran back and got into the line. We were in the low A's so didn't want to wait too long. We now plan accordingly if stopping at DDs!!!
We're just about an hour away...love flying out of Green.
