What time does the skyliner start at CBR ?

Can we ride the skyliner at 7 am ?
7:30 AM ?
to DHS or EPCOT ?

I'm curious what time the skyliner starts as well. We have an 8:15am reservation at Beach Club and will be staying at AoA. Wondering if we can get on the skyliner. HS (officially) opens at 9am that morning.

We rode to hs on Saturday. We were in line for skyliner at 7:15. There were 2-3 families in front of us. They started running and we boarded right around 7:45. At 7:48 I was taking a pic of the empty parking lot as we Rod by. They are definitely not running prior to that. We were landing in hs at 7:50.
