What TIME does the Princess Registration open?

I'm on the west coast so I need to know what time to set my alarm to register for the Glass Slipper Challenge!

If you just want to do Princess, "early reg" is open, but apparently the early spots for GSC are gone.

Shirt sizes IMO run smaller than average-Id personally pick a size 1+ larger than a normal Tshirt (unless you like tighter fit t's)

The prob with the princesses is that the actual color tends to vary year to year- 2 years ago I picked Rapunzel and wasnt too happy since the bib came out 1 color vs 2 (bib design had the darker plum color as the top portion as well) course this year rapunzel was a gorgeous color but I picked Tiana who was darker green than previous..

Google pictures to see last years but realize colors vary in shade
