What time does the Bippity Boppity Boutique reservations line open

I really want the earliest time on my kids' birthday so I need to call as soon as they open. And is there a specific line or the general reservations line?

They open at 7 AM Eastern. You have to call 1-407-WDW-STYLE or the dining line can take care of you as well.

My husband and I called at the same time right at 7am. One to the direct dining line and one to the style number. Style number was less of a wait.

Did not know about calling the dining line. Storing this info for future use.

I called right at 7:00 the other morning (tried 6:59 and received the not open message hit redial and got it right away). The message then said 20 minute wait which I laughed about to DH but I don't think I even waited 1 minute before they picked up. I had PL and BBB booked by 7:05 that morning
