What time does MS open? Please

I am having trouble finding what time I can call MS tomorrow. Trying to book at 7 month window, so I want to call ASAP. Is online open for booking one hour before MS? TIA ( newbie of course!)

If you log on to DVCMember.com, the phone hours are listed on the main screen.

On-line rolls to new day at 8 AM Eastern
MS phones open at 9 AM Eastern.

Online booking for the 11 or 7 month window opens at 8am eastern.

It's now 8:15 and the site hasn't rolled over yet. I'm trying to book for Dec 1,2014. It still has Nov 30 posted as the furthest day, just like it did last night.

I don't think it rolls over today- you have to wait till tomorrow 1/1 to book 12/1. I think this is because we are on 12/31 and November only has 30. If I remember correctly they cut off the 31st day to make it match.

So there two days that have Nov 30 as the start of booking?

What about April, June, Sept and Feb? Are there extra same day booking days then also?

I guess I never booked at the end of those months before.

Yes...it's always 7 months from the exact date...so to book the first of any month, it as to be the first of the month 11 or 7 months out...it works the same way at the opposite end...on February 28th, you can book Seotember 28, but have to wait until March 1st to book the 29th and 30th. Of course, you can also book the 1st of October that day too!

Both the main page and the on-line booking page on DVCMember.com will tell you what check-in dates you can book for home and non-home resorts. You may have to scroll some on the main page to see the 'Early Booking Reminder' box. On the on-line booking page, the box is titled 'Key Dates' and also includes the window for points in holding.
