What time does lunch end at Captain Cooks @ the Poly ?

I was just wondering because I have seen on the menu where they are offering the refillable mugs for 11.99 . The dinner menu shows it to cost a little more ? Maybe I'm reading it wrong.

I think you must be reading it wrong. The price of refillable mugs doesn't change during the day.

And Captain Cook's has one menu for lunch/dinner. I think the grill closes at about 11:30 every night and reopens for breakfast around 6:30am. But the rest of CC's is open 24 hours.

I just wanted to add that the cost of the mugs went up to $13.99 and this way you won't be surprised when you see a different price.
