What time does Jedi Training fill?

What time do you anticipate the Jedi Training spots will fill Dec 26-31? We arrive afternoon of 26th and will try for that day. The 27th we're using early entry. Just trying to decide if we need to go to Jedi during early entry. I'd rather use it for other rides (Peter Pan and Fantasy Land maybe).

Launch Bay opens 1 hour after the park and on most days the people doing the sign-ups are gone by the time it opens. During the busiest week of the year, I'd expect it to fill within the first hour every day.
