What time does Guest Relations open at MK?

My step father needs to pick up an assistive listening device at each park. We have an 8am reservation at Crystal Palace.

I was trying to figure out if we can get the device at 8am or if we will need to get that after the park opening.

Also, where exactly is Guest Relations??

Guest Relations will be open in time for the first Guests who are entering the Park for Early ADRs,so it will be open when you enter Magic Kingdom.

It is located in City Hall,which is on the left side of Town Square as you exit the "Train Station Tunnels".
