What time does free dining reservations start?

So if the rumor of the upcoming free dining is true for tomorrow what time does it start? Midnight or what? I am thinking of staying up til midnight to call.

Absolutely anytime Disney wants it to...midnight, 4am, 7am, the next day, the next week...there's no rhyme or reason...it's been different almost every year...

No one can tell. I heard last year it was online at 1 am. If it goes live it could be at any time past midnight EST.
