What time does DL stop letting people in the gates?

We're going to DL next week when the park closes at 8pm. We thought it would be nice to grab dinner at DTD and then walk down Main Street for ice cream & shopping before DL closes. But chances are we won't get to the DL gates until around 7:30. Will they still let us in? And is it true that Main Street stays open for an hour after the park closes?

they close gates at 8.... they will let u in till closing..... not always is main st open for an hour but it is alot
