What time does dinner begin at Captain Jack's in DTD?

We'll be on the DXDP, and I have already chosen a TS for every dinner, but would love to have the lobster at CJ for a late lunch. Since this is only offered on the dinner menu, I'd like to have it at 3:30 or 4 and consider it a late lunch. We could always have a light dinner at 8 or 8:30 that night.
