What time do you have to arrive to enjoy EMH

Lets say I am watching fantasmic on Wednesday night and I get out of MGM around 8. and the magic kingdom is due to close at 8., but since it is EMH, they stay open until 11. Can I arrive at the magic kingdom anytime before 11 and show my resort ID and enjoy EMH or do I have to be at the park before the regular closing? Anybody have any ideas on this one?

I read somewhere else that if you arrived after the park closing, you would simply get your wrist band at the ticket booth. I guess I don't know if you can get in 20 minutes before 11:00 or not, but I believe you can get in significantly past normal closing.

I thought I read that you have to get your wristband within 2 hours of "closing", meaning the closing time for people not staying on property, not the EMH closing.
