This is a good question. To my knowledge buses do not run from resort to resort. I would say to take the bus to the MK and then the boat from the MK to Fort Wilderness. I think the earliest a bus runs would be 7:30am or so.

Maybe Chip'nDale Express has some insight as I believe he is a transportation cast member?

Busses start running one hour before park opening.
There are no direct busses from resort to resort.
I would ask at the front desk.
