calls for PS

i know 90 days out from the day we want to do our PS but what time do the phone lines open my 90 day mark is this sunday so i don't want to miss out

We usually wait until about 10-15 past to call so that the Cindys rush is over. For this upcoming trip we still had to wait on hold for a while after calling around that time. Of course if you are trying for Cindys be sure to start calling at 6:58.
