What time do the buses from AK -Kindani begin?

I have an 8:05 am reservation at Crystal Palace in Magic Kingdom. We will be staying at Animal Kingdom-Kidani Village. Does any one know what time the buses from AK - Kindani to the MK start running? Also, since we do have a car, does anyone know what time the express or resort monorail from the TTC begin to run in the morning? Thanks in advance.

I think the buses start running at 7 a.m. And I think the monorail starts at 7 a.m. also.

A word of advice... if you use the buses, I would get there by 7:15 a.m. I stayed at OKW last year, and we had a 8:05 a.m. reservation at CP. We were at the bus station at approx. 7:25. We ended up waiting until after 7:45 a.m. And ended up being 10 minutes late for our reservations. And the whole point was to get some good pictures of an empty park. We quickly got some, but the buffet is great. We're going again this year.
