What time do quick service eateries open for lunch?

Thinking of skipping breakfast so as to get to both parks early during my stay...whats the earliest we could sit down at quick services places for lunch?

Thinking of the drive in place at US or maybe the hollywood place??

I believe they open at 11am.

I think 11 is right. I remember we did the same thing(skipped breakfast) and we were STARVING with nowhere to eat. I suggest at least a granola bar or a baggie of cereal to hold you over until 11.
