what time do people make FP+ selections if.....
their 60 day mark is the night that the park is open 24 hours? Do they wait till 6am? Doesn't affect me. Just curious.

Nobody knows.
(And, sadly, if it's been like many of the "new" FP+ situations, Disney may not even be aware that there might be a problem.)

If it was my night, I'd be ready at 12 Midnight, Eastern, and hope it happens then or at 1AM.
