What time do lines start to build?

Our trip is June 5-10 and we plan to spend two day in MK during our stay. We have two kids (5,3) and will be taking a midday break but then returning in the evening. My basic plan for day 1 is to arrive at rope drop and do PP first, then cover Fantasyland (including FPs for ETWB and 7DMT), then work back through Liberty Square, Frontier and Adventure to be exiting the park for nap around 1:30pm.

So my question is when do the lines start to build (wait times over 30 mins) for HM, POTC, BTMR (DD might be into this one this year), JC? I haven't decided on my 3rd FP yet so I'm not sure what needs one and what doesn't at that time of day.

Side note: we will revisit Fantasyland that evening after BOG dinner ADR and on MK day 2 before hitting Tomorrowland, so we don't have to do it ALL that first morning, but I built in lots of trips to it for repeats because it's the kids' favorite area.

Between 10am and 11am is when tons of people start swarming in. So I would say 11am.
If you get to the park at rope drop, you should get lots done before most lines start getting long (exceptions: 7DMT, PP, WtP)

I agree with the previous poster. The big rides build quickly but it seemed like the mid-tier rides would hit 30+ min. by noon.

At MK I always FP 7DMT, PP, and one other random ride, such as Space Mountain, BTMRR, or HM, because my kids prefer those. It works well.

We will RD PP, and FP 7D, WtP is take it or leave it for us.

Am I likely to get HM, POTC or JC as a 4th FP?
