What time do gift shops usually open?

In particular, ASMovies? We will be checking in early the morning, and then have to rush off to Epcot for our 8:30 am ADR at Akershus. I was hoping to pick up an autograph book before we left, and was wondering if they will be open by then? If not, is there another place to get it before our breakfast?

Better buy it at your resort. Nothing except breakfast at Norway is open until 11 and the other shops open at 9..

That's the plan, if the resort gift shop is open by then...I was probably going to leave ASMovies by 7:45 am (our ADRs are for 8:30). I know that the food courts open early...do the gift shops open at the same time?
