What time can you start calling for ADRs?

What is the earliest time that you can start calling for ADRs on any given day if you wanted to call exactly 180 days out? Does the online system consider the day to start at midnight?

If you want to do online you can start at 6am EST. Calling them in you have to wait until 7am EST.

I did mine online and they were very easy and you get that hour jump on people who are calling them in.

Thank you!! I was wondering this too because I had seen both 6am and 7am and was confused... didn't want to get up at 6am during the summer only to have to wait an hour!
