What time can I start booking ADRs online?

Can someone please confirm what time I can book ADRs online? Is it 6am EST or 7am EST? I’ve received conflicting info and my window opens tomorrow. Thank you!

Can anyone please confirm for me if these times are still accurate, even with all the changes this year? Online ADRs at 6AM ET, phone reservations open at 7AM ET?
