What time can I make a online ressie

Looking to book a ressie at Aulani at the 7month window, what time can attempt to make my request on the day that fits into my window ? Is it at 12 am the day of or 8 or 9am. I have heard a few diffrerent things........Thanks

The on-line system rolls to the next day at 8 AM Eastern, phones open at 9 AM Eastern.
