What time can I call DL dining?

Help me please! I tried searching this, but couldn't find it!
I make my first ressie tomorrow, what time does DL dining start taking calls? Please give me the answer in Pacific Time ('cause I assume that is what they are on...I'l do the conversion ) THANKS!!!!!
