What time are first dinner seatings in December?

Overall, about what time are the first dinner seatings at most restaurants in December? If we went with those times, are the parks open late enough to go after dinner? We usually go in the summer and have time to do that. This will be the week before Christmas and into Christmas week. I know I need to make reservations at 180 out, but not sure about park hours.

As this is one of the busiest times of the year most parks (AK is excluded) will be open after dinner. EPCOT closes at 9pm nightly but MK and MGM have varying hours. The schedules should be up about the time you are allowed to make you ADR. I think dinner service starts at 4pm.
