My last cruise was 7 years ago, and we could learn our dining rotation ahead of time... Now I'm at a loss about when to schedule Palo or Remi! Is there a way I can learn which them and/or restaurant will be on which night?

I've cruised Disney for 11 years, and there was never a time we could learn our dining rotation ahead of time. You found out when you checked in at the port what it was.

You can look a recent Navigators to get an idea of what might be the schedule for your cruise, but just use it as a guide, as things can change.

I think you're asking which night is formal and which is Pirate, right? Not which restaurant you'll be in which night?

Formal night is typically on the second night. Short cruises just have an optional dress up night. There are a course ways to find out Pirate Night assuming your reservation page hasn't been updated.

1. If anyone in your cruise group is sailing Concierge, they can email shoreside and ask.

2. Someone who checks in before you can check BBB for pirate makeovers.

3. You can start by checking BBB when your booking window opens and then try to get your Palo reservation.

Thanks guys, I rally appreciate this! Yes, I was looking for formal and semi-formal night.

I know you could request dining rotation before, does anyone know if they still accomodate that?

Yes, you can request a dining rotation, with the understanding that it is just a request and not a guarantee.
Best chance is to be very specific about what you are trying to do. If you are hoping to be in Royal Court on night two for formal night, then just say that you want to be in Royal Court on night two. Don't say that you want Royal Court for night two and Animator's Palate for pirate night and Enchanted Garden on night 6, etc. because there may not be a rotation that exists that meets that.

You can also call to see if they can tell you what the rotation options are - then you can request one.
