What the most rooms you have reserved at one time?

Next year we are planning a large family vacation. I have 440 points to work with. Depending on the number of people that accept I might need 12 standard view rooms. Is this even possible? We will be going during the value season.

Whats the most rooms you have reserved at one time?

I booked 4 standard view studios and 1 standard view 2 bedroom at the 11 month window at the Boardwalk for early December. I did book day by day. Our grand gathering is for 12 people. We are using the the 2 bedroom as a 1 bedroom and a studio as that was less points. Hope all goes well for you.

We arranged for a group of 11 two years ago at BWV ... we have 3 preferred view studios and one preferred view two-bedroom. We also booked at the 11-month window for Memorial Day.

Wow, a lot of rooms for you guys!

Most I did was last summer when for one week I had a 2-bedroom for my family, and a studio for my parents, at Old Key West.

It took 1 1/2 hours to go thru everything too.... We ended up canceling a bunch of them and that got a bit tricky with borrowed and banked points, plus a range of rooms from studios to two bedrooms...

When I made the ressies I put the least likely to cancel families with the borrowed points and worked my way back.... then of course it turns out the least to cancel were the first to cancel, but again no biggy, just change the names on the borrowed points ressie and cancel the current point ressie....

and so on... and so on...

We just booked 3 villas at BWV for the last week in October-- 1 1-bedroom and 2 studios. No problem at all!

There are 8 adults in our party going the first week in October and were able to get 2 studios and a 2 bedroom at BCV with no problem at the 7 month window.

In 1999 we had 3 2BR and 3 Studios at OKW. No problems.
