We are going to Disney Feb 23, to March 1, 2012 and I am trying to get an ADR for Tutto Italia. 6 months out and there is no availability? I got Le Cellier but no Tutto? Seems very weird to me?

Tutto is closed for renovations during that time. I'm not sure of the date it is expected to re-open, or the date it actually closes for the start of the refurb. There's speculation going around that when it re-opens, it could be signature but that's just a wild rumor at this point.

Oh, I hope not. Italian food is a total rip off to be a signature meal, IMO. Pasta is dirt cheap no matter how fancy you make it look. I like Tutto, but I would stop going there if they turn it into a signature restaurant.

I tend to agree but last year, our bill at Tutto was more than our bill at Narcoossee's so I could totally seeing it going signature.
