Well, resort-wise it's the Club Level's Itinerary Planning Office - as in prior to your trip a member of the resort's Itinerary Planning Office (IPO) will contact you to help you with dining reservations or making other plans.

Stock market-wise it's for an Initial Public Offering of new stocks (as in Hulu, a joint venture of NBC Universal, News Corp., Disney and private equity firm Providence, considering an IPO)
