What the heck is up with some people?

OP :sad2::sad2::sad2:. Just wow!:hug:

Friday I'm at Whole Foods. Parked my Honda in the compact parking spots. Get my groceries and come back to the car. Next to me is a HUGE SUV, parked in a compact car space. But the SUV is so close to my drivers door I cant even get close to door let alone open it.:sad2: So I put groceries in trunk and wait to see if driver of SUV shows up, I give them 10 mins. Sure enough about a minute later a guy comes up to the SUV with his wife/girlfriend. He says nothing to me as I stand there with my arms crossed leaning on my car trunk. His significant other just stands way off looking at me. I decide not to say or do anything!!! Its the season to be a better person. He drives off picking up his main squeeze on the way out. Jerks!

Well crazy people don't really do simple things like that. I would have found a way to let hiim out. That just what I would have done.

I'm not saying OP hubby did anything wrong.

Like put the car in reverse and hit the gas pedel and hit the cars behind hm? That would be logical!:rotfl:

Last year a friend of mine was waiting at the Stop sign from her road onto the main road. That road is very busy and sometimes you have to wait quite a while for traffic to clear.

The young man in the car behind her was impatient and kept honking for her to go but she wasn't going until it was safe to do so. Finally he whipped around her, gave her the finger, yelled some obsenities and floored it to get onto the road.

It was the last thing he ever did.

She watched as he was T-boned in the driver's side door, and found out later that he had died.

I have wondered where he was in such a hurry to get to and if it was really worth never making it.

i know this sounds awful...but i don't feel sorry for him.........

I'm not sure why but, I've actually seen an individual throw a hammer at another car on the highway during rush hour!:scared1:

You really have to wonder about some people--they drive around with a hammer in their car on the off chance someone is going to piss them off on the road :lmao::lmao::lmao:

If I had to get away from someone who is threating me with harm or cussing at me. You better believe I would find some way to get out of the situation even if I had to get out of my car and go inside

You would get out of your car where the person who is cussing at you and threatening bodily harm is standing and can actually now touch you? Yeah, that makes sense. I think safely sitting in your car with the police on the cell phone was the right decision!

Ummm, if you read the OP, he was behind the person with several large vehicles behind him. So there is nothing he could have done. When the cars pulled forward, the ******* would be able to leave.

This reminds me of an idiot CM I encountered on my first CP. I stopped at the Hess outside MK to fuel up after work. At that time, you didn't have to prepay at any stations on property (I don't know if you do now, it's been awhile.) Anyway, I filled up and then trying to be nice, I pulled my car into a space so I could pay and free it up for the guy behind me who had been waiting. Never again.

I was waiting in a line about 5 or 6 people line when he came in. I politely informed him that I was waiting to pay and then he would be able to use the pump. He actually grabbed me roughly by the arm and hauled me up to the counter! I should have raised a stink. This man was another CM for crying out loud! Costume, nametag, the works. I should have looked at his nametag and contacted HR describing the costume and the incident. Could you imagine if that had been a guest he man handled? I really should have said something to him, but I was just in such shock that somebody would do that. That's the last time I ever tried to be nice at the pump.

I've read your post a couple of times and I can't quite make sense of it (need. more. coffee) . I don't understand why he grabbed you. Was he just ticked-off that you spoke to him or what?

agnes!

I think he was ticked off tht she was waiting in line behind other people to pay. i guess he thought she should have just jumpled the line to pay so he could get is gas. :rotfl2:

Have you ever noticed how often you catch up with those impatient drivers at the next traffic light? They go tearing around you and then you catch up with them at light after light...

Hubby and I flew out to the east coast for some reason. As we were driving along, this absolutely crazy-driving person flew by us, absolutely dangerously. I lived out in the DC area for awhile, I was used to the way people drive out there, but this guy was dangerous.

About 20 minutes later, maybe more...same guy (distinctive car) was on the side of the road having a chat with a highway patrol guy.

I think...EB moved away from the pump while she went in to pay. Because the gas hadn't yet been paid for, the pump wouldn't go on for the guy that moved to that spot. The line inside was long, so the guy was annoyed. He came in to find her, and I guess thought his time/gas was more valuable than those in front of her.

It actually brings up something I never thought about. I rarely go inside to pump, but the times I do, I move my car to a parking spot, thinking I'm being kind. But it's not, actually, because you're just giving the illusion that the pump is free. But it's not going to be free until my transaction is done, so I've probably just been frustrating people by doing that! Whoops!

Yep, he was mad that he had to wait for his pump. I wonder if he was late for work that day (although most CMs do not use that entrance, we come in the back way). Either way, it was very annoying. I don't like being touched, particularly by people I don't know. Like I said, last time I ever try to be nice.
