What the heck do I wear for acupuncture?

I have my first acupuncture appointment in a few hours, and it just hit me- what the heck do I wear? Are jeans ok, or should I do sweatpants? Or will they just have me change into something when I get there?

How very female of me- stick me full of needles, whatever, I can deal with that, what I'm worried about is what to wear!

I wore loose fitting sweatpants and a tee shirt with a lower neck line. It worked out fine.

Yes, wear loose clothing...they may have to put the needles further up your leg, and it's much easier to roll up sweatpants or the like than jeans. Same with the shirt.

You'll love acupuncture! And LOL on your last comment...

ETA: I still swear that acupuncture is the reason I'm having a baby in three weeks.

I tried it for RSD and it didn't work for me. It was a long shot. I didn't mind it at first but by the end, it "creeped me out".

Thanks for the info! It's good that I switched to loose pants, because I had to have some needles up near my knees. More comfy, too!

That was the WEIRDEST thing I've done in a while, though!
