Ive noticed that if I open up all of my VGC reservations all of them say "undefined" for the room type. Anyone else have this issue? It's not happening with any other resort I have booked BCV, AUL and VDH.

My VGC reservation also says "undefined - # Vacation Points". Other reservations say room type/view type there.

That’s how mine was in June as well.
I just thought it was because there are no view types but BCV shows for you and that doesn’t have a view type either.
Sounds like it is just Disney IT lol

Same for me. Mildly irritating, but if you have a reservation for VGC, these are definitely princess problems!

Jut reserved End of Feb. And same for us! Hmmmm

Just back from a 4 night VGC stay. We had room 4510, a studio with a theme park view.

This trip cemented for me that VGC is my favorite home resort. I love all 3 homes, but VGC takes the crown. The atmosphere, restaurant options, and cast members are all top notch. Not to mention the ridiculously good location. We ate at Hearthstone Lounge twice and sat on couches in front of the fireplace. Awesome!

The room and the trip were amazing! Even the shower head was reasonably ok! This was my first stay on the DVC side. The room felt larger than our previous hotel room, and I loved the location of the DVC wing.

Of course, I am now convinced I need 25-50 more Grand Cal points! How to convince the wife? I sold my soul for the last contract, but I still have both kidneys

Dedicated. I think booking a lock off and taking up a studio would be an uncool thing to do to other members….

A couple of years ago our schedule was:

Studio: Ah! it's nice being back home.
1BR: Wow, this is nice! Those Studios are small.
Hotel side: Nice, but i miss the kitchenette.
Studio: Wow, the Studios are huge!

That is one of the only good thing about this supposed refurb. They didn't take out the table and chairs like they have been doing during the other refurbs.

Let me know if you want to try my guide. She got me points about a month ago. I gave her info to another Disboarder and she got them points in just a couple weeks or less. When a guide tells you there aren't any points, what they are really saying is, "I don't want to search for you every day."

She works at Disneyland/DCA. She said she (and all the guides there) rotate through the parks and hotel offices.
