What the fastest way from Vero Beach to WDW?

I looked at Mapquest but they have me going up and then over. Is this faster than taking 192?

Going up 95 and across 528 (all major highway) is more miles but faster than taking 192 which is single lane part of the way with towns and then through all of St Cloud and Kissimmee with lots and lots of lights.
