What the difference? Wolfgang Express/Cafe/Grand?

There are 3 different menus for Wolfgang?
Wolfgang Express, Wolfgang Cafe, Wolfgang Grand Cafe.

I just made reservation at Wolfgang and the CM said I made them at Wolfgang Express.

What's the difference? Do they not all have the same food?
Should I change my reservation?

I agree, it can be very confusing. I think the CM was mistaken and you most likely have ressies for the Cafe. This is your regular table service restaurant and is lovely, really enjoyed it. Express is the counter service you will find just outside at a window or another loaction in the marketplace. Gourmet "on the go" so to speak , the third option, the Grand Cafe, is upstairs from the main restaurant but has a more upmarket feel to it, with dress code, fancier food and a higher price, more California Grill feel.
