What sweets will you have left by Boxing Day?

I'm ashamed to admit that we've already polished off a box of Quality Street - well except for the toffee ones.

I've bought a tub of celebrations for Christmas and I know the Bountys will be the last to go (if they go at all) - I wish they'd left the topic (my favourite) in and left the bountys out.

I wondered if the same sweets were unpopular in everyone else's families.

We would leave the bounty too and also any snickers. I tend not to but tins of sweets as DH doesn't eat much chocolate and the kids are just too fussy. They always get their chocolate coins, selection boxes and hollow santas though. I would prefer a multipack of crisps than any sweets:rotfl: :rotfl:

I'm the only one in the family who likes the Bounty chocs. The only ones that tend to get left are the nutty ones (except the purple ones in Quality Street, I like them too ;) )

arghh apart from some after eights, terrys chocolate oranges, a couple of selection boxes and 2 hollow santas I've not bought any sweets yet ... I need to shop ... I'm hoping I'm over this bug soon, if I send dh out with a shopping list he'll come back with the wrong stuff

Anyhow getting back to the point we tend to leave the toffee ones and bountys

Plently of sweets left here :) MIL normally gives me a large bar of chocolate and a tin of Quality Street/Celebration etc. I'd happily swap for parma ham, stilton etc :goodvibes

Mind you the troops/OH who polish these off will probably have something to say if I give the stuff away :rolleyes1

We love chocolates  .....but this year with eldest DD and her Nut allergy and DH being diagnosed diabetic I'm pretty sure we'll have plenty left over ;) We have plenty of After eight's and maltesers in as DD can eat these :thumbsup2

The strawberry and orange creams are always the last to go here :rotfl:

NOooooooOOOOOOoooooo! How can you :lmao:

Coffee creams left here and generally anything with nuts.

I still remember which fondness the rows at work in the past over who'd eaten the malteasers from the box of celebrations!

I did let the goodwill in my heart (and the cold :cold: ) stop me from having words with DD's teacher this PM for the Snickers and Banana in her 'goody bag' (she has a diagnosed peanut allergy and I had to pick her up from school earlier in the term when she had an allergic reaction to banana!)

Oh I feel your anger!!, it's soooo frustrating isn't it :headache:

We have a huge bag of Ghiradelli chocolates which we brought home in September especially for Christmas DH says he is going to ration them, We also have a bag of Hershey bars, a jar of quality street and various small bags of assorted sweets ( diet starts in January or when there are no sweets left) :scared1:

It's just so strange - yesterday they had her sitting at a special table at the school party because of her allergies and then this :confused3. I'm just lucky that she is aware of what bars of chocolate she can and can't eat

Well Im ashamed to say there will be nothing left here as they all go, coffee first usually followed by Soft Centres with toffees being last but still eaten lol:)
