Not many!

My oldest daughter has played T-ball, and currently takes Gymnastics. She also is in her 4th year of dance.

My youngest daughter takes gymnastics and dance as well. No other sports yet, although she's interested in the Dive Team next summer! She also would like to take karate, soccer, T-ball, and Lacrosse! LOL She wants to do it all!

Daugher: Soccer, softball, swimming, ballet (OK, not really a sport)

Son: Soccer, baseball, Tae Kwon Do, swimming

My sister and I both played softball and bowling. And it's not really a sport, but we also went to dancing school when we were younger.

Oldest DD:

basketball
cheerleading
track

DS:

basketball
baseball
football (one season was enough, thank goodness):teeth:
soccer

Youngest DD:

Horseback riding (although she hasn't in a couple of years)

Devyn played:

1 year of soccer
6 years of softball

This school year she's going to start basketball. She wants to be a cheerleader too. If the schedules don't conflict, I'm game!

My 10-yr old daughter has participated in...

Dance/Ballet - was scared :scared1: to death to come out at the recital (she walked out on stage, saw the crowd and immediately turned around) so that only lasted about 9 months

Soccer -another disaster - lasted one very short season. She didn't like the cold weather at the start of the season.

Gymnastics - ding, ding, ding....we found a winner!! She has been in gymnastics for 5 years now and has reached the highest level she can in a rec league.

Cheerleading - another winner :cheer2:! Actually she's wanting to take this to the next level - Competition Cheerleading!

DD#1--house soccer from age 4 to grade 6. Next year the age group becomes grades 7-12, which I told her is too big a span--also involves more traveling.
Dance for 9 years, jazz, tap, lyrical and now hip-hop (and for those who say dance isn't a sport, keep up with her hip-hop class!)
Softball one season
Basketball one season (coach's daughter was a ball hog and of course coach did nothing about it--DD barely touched the ball all season and learned nothing)
Swimming two summers
Wants to try out for volleyball in a couple of weeks, also wants to cheer in the winter.
DD#2--house soccer age 4, K, 1/2 of grade 1, then 1/2 of grade 3--will play this fall
Dance for 6 years--tap, lyrical, jazz
softball two seasons
basketball one season but playing again this winter (much better coach than DD#1)
swimming two summers and will again next summer
DS--soccer since age 4--playing again this year--I want to put him in winter soccer too since he doesn't want to dance. He may even go out for travel soccer eventually since that's all he does right now.

Oldest daughter:
Karate until she reached her black belt. Her school closed and no other school around here taught the same style, so she gave it up:(
T-ball through softball - starting her 10th year!! She made the high school varsity team her freshman year and actually played in EVERY game!

Youngest daughter:
Dance, dance dance for 7 years now. She loves to Tap. Also does jazz, pom pon, and ballet.

I am proud of both my daughters for their achievements and sticking through the hard times.
