I read about the talking monorail on here and picked one up a few years back. Still love it on my frig. Also read about the Tinkerbell magnet with light-up fireworks. I got it last year but it fell off and broke. Maybe I'll have to replace it. What else is out there for those who have been to the parks recently?

Antenna toppers for every occassion imaginable seem to be the hot seller right now!

Everytime I go, I see kids with those Buzz Lightyear dolls that light up and spin around when you squeeze them. They're EVERYWHERE.

My sons saw a kid with a "string thing" on the first night and we searched everywhere for them- finally found them at a cart on Main street before the parade. It is basically a black light battery controlled hand held device that shoots a string looping in the air and changes shapes. It was $16.00 :sad2: but they do love them!

Based on what I've seen here, I expect there'll be a long line of Croc-wearing, lime green for pearls in Japan in May. I have a feeling pearls are soon to be a hot souvenier.

The Mr.Potato heads are really fun to get into with all the pieces available. Also, the make your own jewelry is fun with all of the charms you can get. Inexpensive, and fun for kids.

don't tell me they have squishy pillows in the shapes of the characters???? my DD had every color you can think of - about 12 of these pillows already. I got her the mickey hand abd head ones before our last trip and on the trip she got the happiest celebration on earth one! :rolleyes2

You mean there's stuff to buy other than all these pins???

I am soo bummed we got a new car and there is no exterior antenna anymore!

LOL! You said it! I have filled two lanyards now....

My DS just HAD to have the String Thing, too (that's really what it's called!). He adores it. He is 9. We searched high and low for it until we found it at MGM on one of the carts that sells all the light-up things.

I have a post mounted on my dashboard for antenna ball display. You don't have to worry about anyone taking your decoration since it is locked inside the car.

I know that one of my must haves was a pin for the Happiest Celebration on Earth!! First thing I bought when we were there last November!! :thumbsup2

hi
where did you get the tinkerbell and fireworks magnet, i would love on of those. have got the talking monorail, should be getting a bit worn out by now! :yay:

Thanks for all the ideas!
I am going to actually have a hard time saying no to my girls, everything sounds so cute! (We're first timers). We were going to do 1 souvenier per park.......now that has gone out the window! LOL! :rotfl2:

Since we are first timers, can you tell me where I can get a car window decal of Tinkerbell? It's for our friends daughter that is letting us use her timeshare, and I want to make sure we find it!

TIA!

the smooshie pillows shaped like the characters - too cute!

This was the only thing my DD really wanted to buy with her Disney Dollars on the last trip. My son's friend who came with us bought the Donald shaped pillow and she REALLY wanted one. We were waiting for Wishes on our last night and I told her to wait and we would check at DTD before we left. We asked a couple of CMs at DTD if they had them and they weren't sure. We found some flat mushy pillows but not the character shaped ones. We decided to ask one more CM and she said they had them! My DD bought the Minnie Mouse shaped pillow and she was in heaven! I have a long list of things that I must buy on each trip t-shirt, zip-up sweatshirt, pins, picture frames, etc. Those pillows are really cute though!
