We are planning two days at Universal and will have no express passes. The first day will be the Saturday of the Harry Potter Festival, and I anticipate it to be pretty busy because it is a weekend and due to the festival. Our second day will be mid week after the festival and I anticipate it being slower. We will have the hopper tickets.
I am trying to come up with a plan for the first day as to what some good attractions would be to hit while the crowds are lower and then maybe leave things like Minions and Harry Potter for our our second day.
