What should we NOT miss

We are going in June, DH, DD (1), DD(5), DS(8), and DS(12)
Any suggestions on what we should NOT miss? We are staying at the Poly for a week. I would like to do one sit down meal a day and I am up for going to one of the other resorts to eat. I have been in the hospital the last 2 weeks and missed PS for Cindy's castle, but got the GF dinner buffet and Chef Mickey's.

There are two absolute must-dos in our family. Chef Mickey's for breakfast...Liberty Tree Tavern for dinner. Kids will love it!

Going to Boma at AKL is outstanding.
It is worth the trip just to tour the resort and check out the savannahs.
