What should I have received?

I closed on a resale June 15. I haven't received my membership cards yet and I assume I should have by now.

I am going to call MS to check on them, but I was wondering what else I should have received that I should ask them about?

Hi,

We already were members when we bought our resale that actually was transfered over to us in May, and so I wasn't expecting new membership cards. However, I just checked my documents, and I never received anything, including a letter directly from Disney, regarding the purchase. So membership cards may be all you get, I hope you get them soon!

We got membership cards, the member handbook, a letter from DVC, and membership cards (3 sets of them!!).

we received a membership handbook, a vacation planner guide and a letter (or 2) within a couple of weeks of closing. It took about 5 weeks for our membership cards. I called MS and was given our membership # and ID info to get on the member web site when we recieved the guide and handbook. MS said it would take a while for the cards. We also received a letter about our 2005 dues about 2 weeks ago. Oh, and we recieved offers to buy points a SSR twice now. I would definately call MS. We closed the 1st week of August.

That's funny, they were able to find me to try to get me to buy SSR points, but they weren't able to find me to get me my cards

I actually just talked to MS and they are ordering (re-ordering) me the member handbook and membership cards. Thanks for the advice all!
