What Should I do??

Advice or I'd love some feedback...

I currently Have 250 Pts at BWV and 150 Pts at BCV. Love using my DVC, and have rearely stayed at my home resort.

I'm debating a small add-on (25 or 50 Pts.). Do you think I should go for it??

I like using my points for short trips, DCL cruises (I know value versus points...), etc...

I'm interested in seeing what you would do...

If you want more points and can afford them, go for it.

Buying small add-ons can be a way to build your inventory over time without having to borrow. It certainly gives you more flexibility in adjusting points or gifting contracts to family. If I had it to do over I would probably buy contracts only in the 50 to 150 point range.

I do not know for sure but guess that below 50 points may be difficult to sell because of the closing costs involved. Tom Yeary, broker/owner of The Timeshare Store, may have a good feel for this. Or maybe those who have bought/sold smaller contracts can chime in.
