ZHQ was the code for the Disney Visa folks. I'm sure there must be a new code for the general public.

I am on hold. They asked me what code and I said "just the free dining code is all I know." She said "there are about 20 different ones...she said it would take her a minute cause she was gonna have to look it up. Huh? I figured they'd know too.

She just did one of my reservations, asked for my second reservation number, and said she needed to put me on hold. What's she doing while I'm on hold?

The CM I talked to didn't ask for a code - I just asked about adding the free dining promotion to my reservation.

Your dates are outside of the offer - the offer is only good for Aug 26-Sep 22

My CM told me the phone lines were blowing out and he knew exactly why. I am surprised they were not all prepared. I think some are on power trips. sorry for those of you effected.

I'm still on hold in the middle of switching! She better get back on here before it's too late to change my second reservation. I don't want to get my resort on one reservation and not the other! We were supposed to have connecting rooms so maybe that's what is taking so long?

WHEW! She came back. We are booked for 2 rooms at CSR Sept 10-15 with free dining.

But I may call back and see if I can add a couple of days onto the beginning.
