What rides would you feel comfortable letting a 4 and almost 7 yo ride alone?

We MIGHT go to the world in March. The problem is that it would be just me and my 3 kids (ds (amost 7), dd (4) and dd (2)). Now considering I would be right behind them with the 2 year old, what rides would you consider SAFE for a 4 and 6 year old to ride alone.

For instance, I have no problem with Winnie-the-Pooh since we would be in the same car (just behind them) and it doesn't go up in the air or very fast, for that matter!

What rides would you do and which ones would you AVOID!

P.S. DH will be there 1.5 days out of 4 days.

Unless your in the same car, such as Winnie the Pooh and Snow White, they might not let your kids ride alone. The rides all state you must be 7 or ride with a parent. My kids were 5 and almost 7 on our last trip and they are both very tall. They assumed my son was 7 and told him he could ride alone, but not my 5 year old. My kids assumed since he could get away with being 7 they would let him be the "adult" and she could ride with him, but they said no, both would have to be 7 or over for them to ride together. That being said, they did ask on most rides and they did get away with it on a few rides like Buzz Lightyear and Peter Pan, where my husband and I would ride in the vehicle after them, but were told "No" on most rides.

I would be fine with any ride that doesn't have a height restriction. Would your 4yo try to climb out of the car or does s/he know about the "Disney Safety Rules" (keep your hands and legs inside the ride at all times, don't stand up during the ride or try to exit the car, etc.) 4yo's can really differ in ability to understand and follow rules. My oldest dd at 4 yo did exactly as someone else told her (not always what mom said LOL!) so I would have been fine letting her ride in a car by herself. My second child at 4 yo needed a little reminder here and there about what she should do, but I would trust her riding with my (then) 7yo. My youngest child is 4.5 and has mild autism. He basically does as he pleases. I would trust him with my (now) 10 yo, but not with my (now) 7yo and never by himself. Depending on the ride, you could always allow your 7yo to ride in a car by herself (park rules permitting, I believe there are some signs that say that you must be a certain age before you can ride certain rides by yourself - 8? 10?)

Some rides like Pirates have big enough seats that all of you (if you had the baby in a front pack or in a sling) could ride together. But considering the ages of your children the only ride I can think of that they are going to really "miss out on" is going to be Goofy's Barnstormer. The "Mountains" will be out as well. I probably wouldn't do Astro Orbitor and you probably wouldn't be able to manage Autotopia considering that your youngest may not be tall enough to ride by her/himself (52 or 54 inches)

I think you will have a dandy time even if you do miss out on some rides. I really think that Disney does a lot to try to bring the most entertainment to the most people possible.

Sorry, your 7 and 4 year old will not be allowed to ride alone together on any of the rides. Your 7 year old might, but even though he may be old enough, your 4 year old will not be allowed to ride with just him in the same car. The best you will be able to do, is to have them sit in the front seat of the same car. You cannot do separate cars, even though you will be in the car behind them. This is a safety issue, and is strictly enforced, and with good reason. Have you tried the "kid swap" where one parent stays behind with the little one, while the other parent rides with the kids who are riding? That may be your best bet.

Wow, you're brave to attempt Disney with 3 small kids! :D I don't think there are many rides you could do unless you are in the same car. Pooh, Buzz, Snow White, TTA and the shows. The play areas would be OK too like Honey I Shrunk the Playground, but if you are going during Spring Break it's going to be crowded. It would be tough to keep your eyes on all kids. Good Luck!

I think you would be able to ride with all three kids on most "little kids" rides. By this I mean all my favorites: It's a Small
World, Pirates, Peter Pan, Pooh, Snow White, Jungle Cruise, Alladin, etc. As long as all three kids meet the height requirement, if there is one, I don't see a problem with all of you riding together. I'm not sure Disney is the place where you want your kids alone at any time. Sure, its a safe place, but there are LOTS of people.

She's going alone with three kids.

She only wants to have the older two kids riding in front of whatever car she and the two year old are riding.

I assume your kids are "regular"-sized kids? Especially if you have the 2-year-old on your lap, all four of you should be able to ride in the same car on any ride that the two-year-old can ride. All the rides that I can think of that are "any height" all have seats that are wide enough for two-three kids plus an adult.
